Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We gather your project information, schedule a site visit, and prepare an estimate based on what we see and discuss.
How quickly will I receive my estimate?
Our goal is to prepare estimates within 48 hours after the scheduled site visit. More complex projects may require additional material or subcontractor pricing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. West TN Renovations is licensed and insured.
Do you work on manufactured homes?
Yes. We serve manufactured homeowners, dealers, property managers, realtors, and investors with setup support, repairs, upgrades, skirting, exterior work, and related services.
What areas do you serve?

Will the final price always match the first estimate?
The estimate is based on the visible conditions and agreed scope at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, code requirements, material changes, or added work can affect the final price. Any changes should be discussed before proceeding.
