List every system involved
Write down all known needs, even when they seem unrelated. Deck access, skirting, plumbing leaks, HVAC placement, siding repairs, and electrical work may affect one another.
Document home and site conditions
Note whether the home is single-wide, double-wide, or triple-wide, whether it is already on the property, and any access limits for equipment.
Prioritize weather protection
Roofing, exterior openings, drainage, and plumbing leaks often deserve early attention because ongoing moisture can create additional damage.
Coordinate the sequence
Some work should happen before other work. For example, underground utilities and grading may need to be addressed before decks, skirting, or final landscaping.
